Creator Hotel - Kulai

I had a value for money experience at Kulai City Inn. The interior design of the hotel was excellent, resembling that of expensive hotels. The room I stayed in was spacious and the two queen size beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone in my family. I was also pleased to see a water dispenser provided , promoting eco-friendly practices. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a view of the cemetery and slightly hard pillows, the overall stay was enjoyable. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring all our requests were promptly addressed. The hotel's location was convenient for getting food and transportation, with cheap shopping options nearby. I highly recommend Kulai City Inn for a value for money stay.

Clean, budget-friendly, all new facility, so all in working condition, fully air condition including the walkway in front of rooms. Toiletries, also included: vanity kit, comb, toothbrush. I was surprised when the front desk gave my daughter a soft toy, at check out. So I will definitely stay again the next time we sleep over in Kulai.

The bed is a bit hard, but still ok.

If you're in town and looking for a comfortable stay, this hotel is worth checking out. the location is convenient with several amenities around such as a large supermarket to shop from. It is situated right in the center of the busy street, giving you easy access to everything around. the room and bathroom are clean with nice decoration. the toiletries provided are complete.

The hotel does not offer a breakfast service.

Convenient location to stay as it was an easy commute to both Johor Premium Outlets and Legoland. Good value for money. The breakfast was served via Old Town White Coffee which was great.

Very new hotel. The room was clean.

Very dusty at the carpark. The matress are hard, otherwise the room will be very comfortable.

In addition to 10% + 6% govt & service tax, there were additional cost charged to the room rate which was never mentioned in Booked.net. In experienced staffs at reception took longer processing time for checkin & check-out. Booked.net comfirmed booking cannot be traced by reception staff. Luckily, the rooms were available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with many eateries and convenience stores nearby. The front counter staff are presentable and friendly. The room was quiet and clean. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the value for money, with the inclusion of breakfast and spacious rooms.

The toilet was very basic and the shower head leaked, making the entire floor wet. The room furniture was also very basic and the aircon took some time to cool down the room.

Wardrobe door slanted and dislodged from railing. Awkwardly placed without consideration for space / movement.

The hotel is located right at the busiest street of the city, making it very easy to find. We were kinda surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the facilities available were great. We also appreciated the hotel staff's friendly service and the free parking they provided.

Huge room & very clean for the quadraple room type. Value for money.

1. Free wifi only at the reception area. Had to sit at the counter. 2. The mattress was way too hard. Feels like sleeping on hard floor. Seriously, try it.

Close to town.

The hotel is partially completed only and the surrounding is very dusty. The twin queen size bedroom is very empty, only complete with a make shift wardrobe which is not fit or a hotel and the room do not have a luggage rack. My luggage has no rack to put on except on the tile floor. The bathroom have no shower screen and the whole floor is wet after a shower and the basin tap tickles. The aircond fan speed cannot be control and set on full blast, the noise level is so high that I can't find myself a comfortable rest. If you have not ask for my opinion, I would have kept quite. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. I hope you check out the quality of the hotel before you put that into your web.
